The ‘ Basic Life Support ‘ workshop conducted in our Rajarajeswari College of Physiotherapy on 18.03.2023 ( Saturday) at 10 am in the College Campus. 
The workshop started with the Presentation followed by Practical demonstration from the Department of Anaesthesia, Rajarajeswari Medical College & Hospital. The Undergraduate and Postgraduate students from Rajarajeswari College of Physiotherapy attended the workshop.

The RajaRajeswari Group of Institutions celebrated “International Women’s Day” on 8th March.“Pinkathon” – a walkathon by the women employees of RRGI ( Both Teaching and non – teaching ) was initiated to create awareness about Breast Cancer and Cervical Cancer amongst the public. Students of RajaRajeswari College of physiotherapy were performed skit and mob to create awareness about the Breast cancer and Cervical and cancer was staged inside the Gopalan Arcade Mall

RajaRajeswari College of Physiotherapy (RRCP) conducted a Workshop on “Understanding Aquatic Rehabilitation: Experimental learning” on 25th Feb 2023 at the college campus.
The Resource person for this program was Dr. Joshua Samuel Rajkumar delivered the Lecture about the Aquatic rehabilitation followed by how to assess, interpret and treat the problems with the patients. Practical demonstrations at the swimming pool for the students were done about the various treatment techniques, The staff, Postgraduates, and Undergraduate students were present for the program.

Faculty members of RajaRajeswari college of physiotherapy felicitated our honorable Chairman sir Dr.A.C.Shanmugam who had received the Honorary in Kursk State Medical University for his remarkable services and contributions in the field of Medical Care and Medical Education.
 

RajaRajeswari college of Physiotherapy students conducted the Freshers Day for the students admitted for the academic year 2022-23 on 17/02/2022 at 10.00am in the college. Undergraduate and postgraduate students participated in various activities like Group dance, Solo dance, Singing and Games were conducted among the students.
 

DR. VIKTOR ANARTOLYEVICH LAZARENKO, RECTOR, #KURSK State Medical University, was awarded with an Honorary Doctor of Science Degree (Honoris Causa) for his remarkable services and contributions in the field of medical care and medical education for the last 35 years. Based on the directives proposed by our Hon’ble Prime Minister Sri. Narendra Modi Ji and the Ministry of Education, on behalf of Dr. M G R Educational and Research Institute, has signed the Mou’s with #KURSK State Medical University for partnering on Academics and Research Activities and for Faculty and Exchange Programs.

• 1.Voluntary Blood Donation Programme was conducted at RajaRajeswari College of Physiotherapy in association with Blood Bank, RajaRajeswari Medical College and Hospital on 10/02/2023 at 10.00 am
• 2.The programme was started with the welcome speech, invocation song, lamp lighting by the Dignitaries and speech about the importance of blood donation and programme concluded with the vote of thanks
• 3.Sri C. N Seetharam, Group Executive officer,RRGI,Dr.Sathyamurthy,Dean,RRMCH,Dr.Basvaraj Bhandare,Vice principal RRMCH,Dr.Praveen Kumar, Medical Superdientant,RRMCH, Dr.Vivek , Deputy Medical Superdientant,RRMCH, Dr.Edwin Devadoss, Dean,RRDCH were the dignitaries present during the programme
• 4.Dr.Latha,Blood Bank Officer,RRMCH was coordinating for the conduct of the camp, Faculty members and students of RajaRajeswari group of institutions were actively participated in the camp
• 5.Faculty members, Postgraduates and under graduates from college of Physiotherapy actively participated and conducted thisprogramme

It is a great pleasure to inform that our Hon’ble Founder Chancellor Dr. A.C. Shanmugam and Hon’ble Managing Trustee Smt. S. Lalitha Lakshmi were invited by the Governor of KURSK State, Russia as a Chief Guest for 88th Annual Day Ceremony of KURSK State Medical University and to deliver a special address in the State Assembly.
