The Autism Awareness programme was conducted by RajaRajeswari college of physiotherapy on 29/04/2022 at the college campus the aim of the programme was to spread awareness regarding Autism and associated disorders. The program was

Preceded by Dr P.Balasubramanian, professor and Principal ,RajaRajeswari college of physiotherapy with a welcome speech. Kids affected with Autism along with their Parents attended the program in large numbers. An introduction to features of Autism and red flag signs for early identification was highlighted by Dr. Sahaya Nirmala. The significance of early identification, prompt initiation of treatment and the need for societal inclusion in Autism Spectrum disorders was illustrated to all the audience through a skit performance and poster presentation by under graduates, interns and post graduates . Some parents and caretakers reciprocated by affirming that they will definitely carry back this message. The program was concluded with remarks by Dr Adarsh E, Professor and HOD,Department of Paediatrics,RRMCH.

RajaRajeswari College of Physiotherapy observes ‘World Day for Safety and Health at Work 2022’ on 28th April 2022 marking this special day of importance.

A one day programme on “Career guidance and counselling’’ for the staffs , students and interns was organized by Rajarajeswari College of Physiotherapy, Bengaluru on 26.04.2022 in the boardroom , with a focus to help them to know their strength , weakness and abilities for a correct career pathway that will match their interest , personality, skills and abilities.

Through this workshop the staff , students and interns were benefited with the career guidance and counselling in their desired career path, interest and available skills.

The career guidance and counselling was provided by Dr.K.Ajith Jain, PT, MC (Ortho), CKTP, LPT, USA, Licensed Physical Therapist USA.
