World Radio Day is an international day celebrated on 13 February each year. The Day was decided by UNESCO on 3 November 2011 during its 36th conference. The theme for World Radio Day 2022 is ‘Radio and Trust’ as it continues to be one of the most trustworthy news resources. The day is also divided into three subthemes mentioned below: Trust in radio journalism. Trust and Accessibility.

#IndianConstitutionDay, also known as National Law Day, is celebrated in India on 26 November every year to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India. On 26 November 1949, the Constituent Assembly of India adopted to the Constitution of India, and it came into effect on 26 January 1950.

1st Year MPT Students Orientation for AY 2021-22

The orientation programme for the RajaRajeswari College of Physiotherapy MPT students admitted for the academic year 2021-22 was conducted in the college on 20 December 2021, Monday from 10.30 A.M. onwards

The welcome speech was delivered by the Principal followed by the introduction of the faculties, self introduction by the students and the programme ended with vote of thanks.

#IndianConstitutionDay, also known as National Law Day, is celebrated in India on 26 November every year to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India. On 26 November 1949, the Constituent Assembly of India adopted to the Constitution of India, and it came into effect on 26 January 1950.

It is gladly informed that Dr. P. Balasubramanian, Principal, RajaRajeswari College of Physiotherapy is appointed as the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences Member, Board of Studies for Post Graduate Programme in Physiotherapy.

The entire team wishes him all the best in the Apex University’s new role and his additional responsibility.

RajaRajeswari College of Physiotherapy celebrates ‘Karnataka (Kannada) Rajyotsava Day 2021’ on 01 November 2021 marking this special day of importance.

Happy Karnataka Rajyotsava to one and all!! This day also known as Karnataka Formation Day or Karnataka Day, is celebrated on 1 November of every year. This was the day in 1956 when all the Kannada language-speaking regions of South and western India were merged to form the state of Karnataka.

World Mental Health Day 2021 is an international day for global mental health education, awareness and advocacy against social stigma. It was first celebrated in 1992 at the initiative of the World Federation for Mental Health, a global mental health organization with members and contacts in more than 150 countries

RajaRajeswari College of Physiotherapy observes ‘International Day of the Girl Child 2021’ on 11th October 2021 marking this special day of importance.

Every year on October 11, International Day of the Girl Child is celebrated to empower girls and amplify their voice. It acknowledges the importance, power and potential of adolescent girls by encouraging the opening up of more opportunities for them.

This day also holds importance as it eliminates the gender-based challenges that little girls face around the world, including child marriages, discrimination, violence and poor learning opportunities.
