RajaRajeswari College of Physiotherapy (RRCP) organized an Awareness Program on Chronic Diseases on 14 August 2026 at the RRCP campus for attenders, desk-based staff, housekeeping and sanitation personnel, patient transport staff, security, maintenance, and other support staff of RajaRajeswari Medical College & Hospital (RRMCH).

Faculty and postgraduate students from the Cardiopulmonary, Neurology, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, and Musculoskeletal departments participated in this interdisciplinary initiative.

The sessions covered hypertension, diabetes, obesity, stroke, arthritis, breast cancer, menopause-related health concerns, and workplace ergonomics, focusing on early identification, prevention, healthy lifestyle practices, physical activity, and physiotherapy.

The interactive sessions provided practical guidance on simple lifestyle modifications and preventive measures, promoting health awareness, disease prevention, and workplace wellness among the RRMCH support staff.
