“A Small Act, A Lifelong Impact”
As part of the Founders Day 2026 celebrations, a Blood Donation Camp was organized by the Rajarajeswari College of Physiotherapy (RRCP) with the theme “A Small Act, A Lifelong Impact.” The programme aimed to create awareness about the importance of voluntary blood donation and encourage students and staff to contribute towards saving lives through this noble cause.
The programme commenced with a lamp-lighting ceremony, symbolizing the beginning of the event and the spirit of service and compassion. The ceremony was graced by the presence of the dignitaries, faculty members, and students of the institution.
The event emphasized the significance of voluntary blood donation as a simple yet meaningful act that can make a lasting difference in the lives of individuals in need. The students and staff actively participated in the camp and demonstrated their commitment towards community service and social responsibility.
The programme served as an opportunity to spread awareness about the importance of regular and voluntary blood donation while fostering a sense of empathy, responsibility, and service among the students. The active participation and enthusiasm of the RRCP community contributed to the successful conduct of the blood donation camp.
The event concluded with heartfelt gratitude to all the dignitaries, organizers, healthcare professionals, donors, faculty members, and students whose support and active participation made the programme a meaningful and successful initiative. The programme was conducted
in collaboration with the Dr. C. V. Raman General Hospital and Rajarajeswari Medical College and Hospital- Blood Center, whose valuable support and contribution played an important role in the successful conduct of the blood donation drive. “One donation can save lives; one small act can create a lifelong impact.”
