    Rajarajeswari College of Physiotherapy successfully conducted an inspiring session titled “Awakening to a New Reality – Art of Living” for BPT and MPT students.

    The session focused on how to improve focus and concentration in studies, manage distractions and build a clear vision for a bright future and professional success. The resource person Dr. Vikas Gautam, guided students on practical techniques to enhance mental clarity, self-discipline and confidence, essential qualities for both academic excellence and life beyond college. Following the interactive talk, students enthusiastically participated in a concentration-based game, which helped them practically experience the importance of attention,
    mindfulness and teamwork in a fun and engaging way.

    The session was highly motivating and left students feeling refreshed, focused,and inspired to work towards their goals with renewed determination.
