    The Department of Physiotherapy, Rajarajeswari College of Physiotherapy (RRCP), in collaboration with the Department of Community Medicine, Rajarajeswari Medical College & Hospital (RRMCH), conducted a General Health Camp on 29th July 2026 at Sai Baba Temple, Uddandahalli, Chunchunkuppe, on the occasion of Guru Poornima.

    The camp included general health screening, such as blood pressure (BP) assessment, random blood glucose (GRBS) testing, medical consultation, medication distribution, and referral services for patients requiring further evaluation.

    The Department of Physiotherapy, with active participation from UG and PG students, assessed and managed patients presenting with neck pain, shoulder pain, low back pain, leg pain, cervical radiculopathy, knee pain, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Physiotherapy services included pain management, therapeutic exercises, posture correction, ergonomic education, and home exercise advice to improve mobility and functional independence.

    In addition, ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account) enrollment was carried out to help community members create their digital health IDs under the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM), enabling secure access to and management of their health records.

    The programme strengthened community outreach by delivering quality healthcare services and creating awareness on the importance of preventive care, rehabilitation, and digital health initiatives.
